The Turbulent Timeways event has returned to World of Warcraft, and in conjunction with the return of the event, there is now a new achievement that can be earned in the game that corresponds with the event. This achievement, which is known as "Master of the Turbulent Timeways," requires a bit of a time commitment, but it is well worth it in the end, especially if you are a World of Warcraft completionist or mount collector.
In order to get the achievement, you will need to complete a significant number of Timewalking dungeons because it has a requirement that you must have the buff "Master of Timeways" for a period of five weeks while the event is active. If, on the other hand, you decide to put in the effort required to complete the Timewalking grind, you will be rewarded handsomely with the brand new Sandy Shalewing mount.

In order to earn the achievement "Master of the Turbulent Timeways," you will need to acquire the buff "Mastery of Timeways" five times independently while participating in the event. You will only be able to receive the buff once per week, so you will need to ensure that you are logged into the game and have completed all of the Timewalking dungeons each week for the duration of the Turbulent Timeways event.
Because the achievement requires you to have the Mastery of Timeways buff active for a total of five "weeks," you will need to revisit the game after each reset in order to complete the dungeons that come with a new expansion a total of five times. Bear in mind that there is a weekly limit on the number of times that you can move closer to achieving the achievement. It is not possible to farm progress on multiple characters in the space of a single reset.
Simply stack the Knowledge of Timeways buff four times to earn the Mastery of Timeways buff. This is the only requirement to earn this buff. You can accomplish this goal by completing four Timewalking dungeons during the Turbulent Timeways event that is currently going on.
Because the buff associated with Mastery of Timeways will be applied to you regardless of your level, you can earn this achievement even if your character is at the maximum level possible. Simply completing four Timewalking dungeons in rapid succession will earn you the buff and count as one tick toward the achievement. This will also allow the buff for Knowledge of Timeways to stack up to four times, which is required for it to transform into the Mastery of Timeways buff. If you want to be able to enter Timewalking dungeons while you're leveling up during Turbulent Timeways, don't forget that you can't be in another Chromie Timeline. You have to be in the current timeline in order to access those dungeons.
It is recommended that you play through all four dungeons for the week during a single session of gameplay, and then return during the following week's reset to complete the remaining four dungeons. If you continue to do this on a consistent basis each week up until the end of the Turbulent Timeways event on October 30, you will eventually earn the achievement and be able to claim the mount.
